Eligibility & criteria
Casting applications, contest entries and ticket applications will only be considered if they have met all terms, conditions & criteria specified and all information and materials required have been supplied. These will be specified in each appliction's Terms & Conditions.

Returns policy
We will not return any applications or any materials submitted (including photos or videos). Please do not send original copies of important documents that cannot be replaced. Copy anything you want to keep before sending it.

Acknowledgement & selection
We are not able to acknowledge the receipt of all applications or contest entries, and are not able to advise you if your application did not succeed or your contest entry did not win. We will advise contest winners and those applicants who are shortlisted for the next stage of the application process.
The decisions of the producers/judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Information given by you in this application/entry or other questionnaires or otherwise disclosed to us may be included in materials used in the programme or website or for publicity or similar purposes unless clearly stated otherwise.

Casting calls & news alerts
Your contact details will be retained on the Eyeworks database and Eyeworks is permitted to contact you about future casting calls, contests, programmes, and similar events.
